About the facilities at The Central, month-to-month self-service accommodation

The Central is a modern, clean and well run facility . With access to the property by way of security fob . The property also has the benefit of cctv recorded in all common areas . Each resident room includes en-suite bathrooms WC WHB Shower, flat screen TV, Wi-fi. We have 2 rooms with a shared bathroom in a private area of the property with its own external access that would suit a larger family group. They are also suited to guests with restricted mobility. We have rooms offering king-size beds, double beds and single beds whilst we have one large family room, which has both a double and a king-size bed. Note all subject to availability.

We also have secure lock-up facilities for items such as golfing or fishing equipment or bicycles.

No smoking except designated area . Drinking in moderation in your own private room. Due Covid-19, no non-residents permitted on the premises. Quiet time in the house 10pm to 8am sleeping consideration to others.  Self service: making tea , coffee toast and microwave meal is possible Subject to availability and Licensee Terms & Conditions apply.
